O modelo McKinsey \u00e9 um deles e envolve o mapeamento de 5 etapas: considera\u00e7\u00e3o, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, compra, experi\u00eancia e lealdade.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Considera\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Esta \u00e9 a etapa em que o consumidor reconhece ter uma necessidade e procura informa\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 frequente recorrer sobretudo a motores de busca, website das marcas que est\u00e1 a considerar, redes sociais e f\u00f3runs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Quando est\u00e3o a avaliar as alternativas existentes, v\u00e1rios estudos indicam que os consumidores confiam muito mais nos reviews dos consumidores do que nas descri\u00e7\u00f5es feitas pela pr\u00f3pria empresa. Nesta fase os influenciadores (bloggers, amigos, especialistas, etc), t\u00eam um papel importante.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compra: <\/strong>Cada vez mais o processo de compra \u00e9 omnicanal e existe a necessidade de perceber quais os canais que o consumidor selecionar para efectuar a convers\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experi\u00eancia:<\/strong> Ap\u00f3s a compra, muitos consumidores partilham as suas experi\u00eancias com a marca\/produto\/servi\u00e7o atrav\u00e9s de redes sociais.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lealdade:<\/strong> Este \u00e9 o ponto em que a experi\u00eancia com a marca pode contribuir para a fideliza\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente e aqui aplica\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e1rea podem fazer a diferen\u00e7a, acrescentado valor ao cliente e assegurando a continuidade da experi\u00eancia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>O mapa da consumer journey \u00e9 \u00fatil para olharmos para:<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/strong> O que est\u00e1 o consumidor a fazer em cada etapa? Que a\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias para que passe para a pr\u00f3xima etapa? Que tipo de a\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e1ticas podemos implementar (descontos, vouchers, etc)?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motiva\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/strong> Porqu\u00ea que o consumidor est\u00e1 motivado a avan\u00e7ar para a pr\u00f3xima fase? Que emo\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o a sentir? Que touchpoints poder\u00e3o ser ativados?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quest\u00f5es:<\/strong> Quais as incertezas que est\u00e3o a impedir que o consumidor se mova para o pr\u00f3ximo passo?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obst\u00e1culos:<\/strong> Que barreiras estruturais, custos, dificuldades est\u00e3o a reter o consumidor numa determinada etapa?<\/p>\n<p>Segue-se um template \u00fatil para mapear a consumer journey aplic\u00e1vel aos servi\u00e7os: <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/Ot32C1\">https:\/\/goo.gl\/Ot32C1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>No workshop da APAN sobre Mapear a Consumer Journey, que se ir\u00e1 realizar nos dias 26 e 27 de janeiro, iremos em conjunto identificar as v\u00e1rias etapas da consumer journey de acordo com as principais frameworks existentes e quais os pontos de contato do consumidor com a marca, com vista \u00e0 integra\u00e7\u00e3o no plano de marketing.
